We're pleased to introduce a new self-service onboarding experience designed for Small and Medium-sized Businesses. This streamlined process offers four distinct methods for SMBs adding their locations:
- Built-in Search: Utilize Google Search to easily find and pre-populate your location profile data within the platform.
- Google Business Profile Import: Seamlessly import locations by authenticating a Google Business Profile account.
- Facebook Business Account Import: Connect a Facebook business account to quickly import location data.
- Manual Entry: Directly input location information.
Each option provides clear, step-by-step guidance to assist SMBs throughout the location addition process. This simplification allows SMBs to efficiently join the platform and immediately benefit from available features such as review responses and social media posting.

In this release, we are continuing our AI development in the platform by adding the capability of using AI to help draft short and long profile descriptions! Business descriptions are foundational to a well optimized listing as it helps customers and search engines learn more about the business. Oftentimes businesses will set a description for their profiles without ever revisiting or updating regularly.
The AI-Profile Descriptions features streamlines the process of creating new effective descriptions for your business profiles. Users can describe their business and Uberall’s AI will provide a quality short and long description that includes relative keywords and proper branding. This feature is available on a case-by-case basis or when using the Bulk Editor!

Getting Started
Start by navigating to the Basic Data for your profile(s). Under the short & long description fields you will find a new AI button for the AI-Profile Descriptions. This will launch a prompt field where you can describe your business for the AI.
AI-Review Assistant for API

We are excited to announce that customers can now access AI Review Responses and AI Bulk Review Replies via API. These AI functions help with managing reviews by crafting contextual responses to customer reviews. Each review will be tailored to the content, star-rating, and language within the review making review management more efficient.

We are also making the AI-Social Writer available to access via API. With this update, businesses will be able to assign the AI-Social writer functionality when creating new users via API. Additionally, the AI-Social Writer will be available for use through the API as well. The AI-Social Writer helps users create copy and titles for their social posts by intaking prompts and past posts to create the perfect message.

Scheduled Updates

Users with this feature enabled will no longer need to wait until the publication date to make changes to their listings. Data fields in the Basic Data, Rich Data, and Photos & Videos tabs of a location profile can now be scheduled to publish at a later date and time.
A new option to “Schedule for Later” is made available when updating location profiles individually or when using the Bulk Editor. Users then confirm the date and time for their publication to go live.

All scheduled updates will be compiled into a new “Scheduled Updates” tab in the location profile where you can view, edit and delete any pending publications.

Bulk Location Updates

With this release, we have introduced a new way to manage location data in bulk. Previously, users could only use a spreadsheet to update multiple location profiles which may be overwhelming. In addition to the spreadsheet updates, users can now update locations in bulk directly in the platform via a new user-friendly interface. This feature is available for all users that manage two or more locations.
Getting Started
Visit the Locations page within the Location Hub. At the top, locate the Bulk Update button and choose ‘Bulk Editor.’ The new flow provides a step-by-step process for updating location data similar to updating a single location.
Start by selecting the locations to update. Then fill out the basic data, rich data and/or photos and videos that should be updated across the selected locations. It's important to note that you are making the same updates for all the locations you have selected. Some fields may not be available (e.g., address, phone number) as they should be unique to each location.
The final step of the flow allows users to review their changes before submitting the changes to the publishers or scheduling for a later time.

Surveying is a new feature that is available in our Review Management section of the platform. Businesses will now be able to create a variety of surveys that can be sent to their customers to learn more about their experience. Choose from predefined templates for NPS, CSAT, Product Feedback, or create your own custom surveys. There are tonnes of customizable options such as various survey input elements (e.g., ratings, dropdowns, text fields, file uploads, etc), condition-based visibility for asking follow-up inputs, personalizations and so much more!
Upon publishing a survey, users will receive a link that can be used in emails or even QRs that can be placed around the location. As customers utilize the survey link, businesses can review the results directly in the platform.

Getting Started
Surveys will be available for beta soon. Once available, users can start by heading over to the Review Management section of the platform and select Surveys in the sub navigation. Select to create a new survey and choose from one of the template options or create a custom survey. As you build your survey, use the ‘Preview’ to test the experience along with any conditional visibility for follow-up inputs. Be sure to publish your survey when you are ready and share with your customers!

In this release, we are adding a new channel to publish social posts to! Businesses can publish posts to their brand pages on LinkedIn using our publisher! By adding LinkedIn as a channel, brands can further expand their brand credibility through regular posts, promote job listings, and reach potential customers.

Getting Started
Businesses will need to connect their LinkedIn profile in the Location Hub’s Business Connection. Once connected, the LinkedIn channel will be available for selection when publishing new social content. Users can also take advantage of the recently released AI-Social Writer and AI-Tone Adjuster to help you craft the perfect post!

In this release we have made major quality improvements to how the information is displayed on the new Homepage! Starting with the filters, we have improved the design by expanding the filters across the top of the page making them more discoverable. In addition, this provides much more visibility and management when filtering for multiple; locations, business, groups, or labels.
As you move down the page you will see that the presentation of the Location Performance Scores has been redesigned and streamlined. By simplifying the details in this section, users can focus on the key tasks that help to improve the score for each pillar.

Key Tasks have also been updated to aggregate similar tasks together. Previously, instance of task per location would be present on the task list which could overwhelming. By consolidating like-tasks into categories users can tackle resolving issues in a more meaningful and approachable way. Key Tasks will also be filtered based on the pillar that is selected (Visibility, Reputation, or Engagement).
The final major update is how the Performance By Location is presented. We have now categorized locations into Low Performing locations and Top Performing locations. This isin efforts to help businesses quickly identify which locations may need immediate attention.
Reviews Enhancements
Sentiment Analysis Translations

The Sentiment Analysis report now supports translations into five new languages! This enhancement improves the accessibility and value of our Sentiment Analysis report for our global user base.
Previously, the Sentiment Analysis report was only available in English. With this update, users can now view the insightful analysis of customer feedback, including the overall sentiment score and identified key topics, directly translated into French, German, Spanish & Italian.
The report elements of the Sentiment Analysis Report will automatically be translated into the language selected in the User Settings.
Save Default Filtering

With this update, we are introducing a smal quality of life improvement to the Inbox. Users will now be able to set their favorite Saved Filter as the default view each time they log into the platform.

Getting Started
Visit the Inbox and create or modify a Saved Filter. Amongst the configurations there will be a new toggle to save the filter as the default filter. By enabling the toggle users will return to the saved filter view each time they login.
Engage with Facebook Ad Comments
