    It's the final release notes of the year! For December, the team is taking a much deserved rest as we eagerly await all the great things to come in the new year. This month's releases are all about review management, welcoming a new view to analytics that helps users identify customer review topics and saying goodbye to the outdated view of the Inbox. 

    • Sentiment Analysis - We’ve completely redesigned the Sentiment Analysis report for a faster, more interactive experience that delivers clearer, more precise insights into customer sentiment trends.
    • New Inbox - We are sunsetting the legacy Inbox for all customers. Inbox 2.0 has been available for several quarters bringing a more intuitive review management experience with powerful features and increased speed.

    LPO Advantage This impacts the strategy that will improve the Reputation pillar. Businesses that use sentiment analysis can identify areas of opportunity that are negatively affecting their customer experience leading to negative reviews and impacting their conversions. 

     

    Building on the previous release of the redesigned Sentiment Analysis report, we are introducing a completely revised Theme view. With this view, users will be able to track the sentiment reviews categorized into themes and see their corresponding reviews. Utilizing this information can help businesses to quickly understand their greatest areas of opportunity and make a difference in their customer experience. 

    Key Benefits

    • Better Organization - See a full list of review themes and quickly see all the reviews associated with the selected theme. 
    • Identify Theme Sentiment - Understand if key themes (e.g., Wait time) are driving customer frustration.
    • Track the change - Identify if a theme has improved over time or becoming a negative aspect of the customer experience.

     

     

    Getting Started

    Navigate to the Analytics section of the platform. Locate the Sentiment Analysis report and select the newly Theme tab. Select the theme that you'd like to understand performance on. Use the sorting functions to make it easier to find the review details you are looking for.

    LPO Advantage This directly impacts the Reputation pillar. Businesses utilize the Inbox to manage reviews. With the innovations available in Inbox 2.0, users are able to effectively manage their reviews in a timely manner, improving discoverability in traditional and AI search.

     

    The Inbox 2.0 is the successor to the Inbox within the Uberall platform. The Inbox 2.0 brings a refreshed design that is more intuitive for users to manage their reputation across various channels (Google, Facebook, Yelp, Instagram, etc). With the newer Inbox being widely adopted, we will be sunsetting the legacy version within the platform.

    What's available in Inbox 2.0?

    • AI-Suggested Replies: The Inbox 2.0 comes equipped with the AI Suggested replies, a powerful tool that helps draft custom responses to reviews. 
    • AI-Bulk Replies: Users with the Reviews Plus Package can take advantage of AI to reply up to 40 reviews at once, creating individualized responses to each review. 
    • Social Engagements: Beyond reviews, the Inbox 2.0 supports comments from social channels. This provides an entirely new data stream that enables businesses to manage their engagement and build loyalty with customers on posts. 
    • Default Filter View: When a user creates a saved filter they can also set it as their default view. This makes it easier for their workflow saving them time.

     

    Getting Started

    There are not any additional requirements to use the Inbox 2.0. This is available in the Reviews section of the platform and has been the default view.
