Solution Breakdown

Location Performance Score (LPS)

The Location Performance Score (LPS)  is a comprehensive performance metric that evaluates the overall health and effectiveness of a location’s online presence. It is calculated based on key factors such as Profile Completeness, Synced Listings, Resolved Reviews, Published Posts, and Answered Messages, with each component contributing to a weighted score out of 100. The score helps businesses monitor and improve their digital footprint by highlighting areas that need attention, such as missing information or unresolved reviews.

Key Components

The Location Performance Score consists of the following weighted components:

  1. Profile Completeness: Calculated based on the percentage of fields completed in a location’s profile. This includes required fields (name, address, phone), basic fields (opening hours, photos, descriptions), and advanced fields (keywords, services).
  2. Synced Listings: Based on the percentage of directories where a location’s data is successfully synced without any errors or actions required.
  3. Resolved Reviews: Reflects the number of reviews responded to or resolved in the last 30 days.
  4. Published Posts: Calculated based on the number of posts published in the last 30 days.
Answered Messages: Evaluate the response rate to messages across different communication channels.

Score Display and User View

  • Single Location Managers: The Uberall Score reflects the performance of their individual location.
  • Multi-Location Managers: The score is averaged across all locations they manage, providing an overview of performance across multiple sites.

Additional Considerations

  • The score is recalculated dynamically based on real-time data from Uberall’s products.
  • If any feature is disabled, the score calculation excludes it and only accounts for the remaining active components.

Your Tasks

The “Your Tasks” section in the solution design provides users with a prioritized list of actionable tasks based on their role and the products they’ve activated. Tasks are categorized by urgency and are dynamically updated to reflect new actions required across various areas, such as reviews, listings, and social posts. This section ensures users focus on high-priority items, like approvals or updates, to improve their account performance efficiently. Tasks can be snoozed or dismissed, and the section is designed to streamline workflows and enhance productivity by centralizing key actions.
