Uberall's Reply Assistant has helped users effortlessly craft tailored responses to individual reviews. This season we are expanding that capability to enable users to respond to multiple reviews at once! The AI-Bulk Replies uses the same technology to come up with individualized responses for each review selected. Capable of identifying the context and language of a review to quickly draft up a reply. Users can then review the response and make modifications before publishing.

The AI-Bulk Review Replies is available for users with the Reviews Plus package for users that have agreed to the AI Terms & Conditions. Start by visiting the the Inbox within Review Management section of the platform. Select multiple reviews and choose “reply” from the bulk actions. Then click “Generate with AI” and watch the magic happen! Replies will be created in a draft mode make it possible for users to review the response, make modifications, or have the Reply Assistant generate a new reply.
Yelp Automations

With this update, users will be able to utilize more efficiency features to reply to Yelp reviews. Previously, each Yelp review would need to be tackled one by one. Now, users can utilize the Bulk Reply functionality in the Inbox enabling users to reply to multiple reviews at once. This also includes utilizing the newly released AI-Bulk Replies with the Reviews Plus Package.

Users with Yelp added onto their package will now be able to navigate to the Inbox, select multiple reviews and choose the Bulk Reply option. Users that also have the Reviews Plus package can chose to use the AI-Bulk Reply from response options to quickly draft replies to the selected reviews.

Our Facebook reporting also receives a refresh this season! The new consolidated Facebook Report combines three reports (Impressions Report, Reach Report, and Performance Report) into one section and receives improved visuals to help users better analyze the performance of their Facebook pages and posts.
The Impressions and Reach reports contain corresponding counts across locations, along with trending data that helps users to determine where their views are coming from (organically, paid, or viral). Additionally, users can learn high-level demographic information and track location-by-location performance.
The Facebook Performance Report contains details on Facebook Post Performance across locations. This includes details of the published post and engagement metrics.

Lastly, we are introducing an all new Yelp Report! This includes the same enhanced visuals as with the new Reviews Insights and Facebook reporting enabling users to better understand the performance of their Yelp listings.
Included in the Yelp Report are key listing metrics (i.e., views, Clicks, leads and conversion rate) paired with rating performance metrics such as Total Ratings, Response Rate, Response Time etc. This provides a holistic view of the business while also providing a breakdown of performance by location.

Users will immediately find new fields that help them to better understand the status of their locations. The new Action Required field makes it easy to identify when a location profile needs attention and what action should be taken.

We are updating our EV data protocol to meet the standard for receiving EV Data. Previously, this required a build of pull APIs that would require extra effort and time to get set up. In this release we are making improvements to the Social Post Publisher in the Mobile App! We are reducing the amount of steps needed to build a social post. This update streamlines the process and makes it easier for users to quickly publish more content on their social channels for customers to engage with.

This feature is available in the Local Social package and requires the Mobile App. Head over to the “Publish” tab in the mobile app and click to create a post. The new flow will be applicable for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Local Pages.

We are excited to announce our new integration with &Charge! We're excited to enrich our EV offering and help Charge Point Operators (CPOs) gain better visibility into their reviews.
&Charge is a mobile app where EV drivers can locate charging stations and provide feedback on their experience. Through this integration, Uberall will pull in reviews from &Charge, allowing CPOs to monitor customer sentiment and manage their online reputation all in one place.

Once &Charge has been connected, head over to the Inbox in the Review Management section of the platform. New reviews will be available as read-only to monitor what customers are saying about their experience.
