What are Digest Emails and how can I set their frequency?

Digest Emails are your all-in-one, automated snapshot of location performance, providing key insights without the need to log into the platform every day.
Who Receives the Digest?
The Digest is sent only to users who have activated it in their settings.
A Look Inside the Digest Email
Every Digest Email organizes critical performance data into five clear sections:
Location Performance Score Highlight: Monitor your overall data quality using the Location Performance Score (LPS), with direct links provided to resolve data gaps (e.g., missing hours, descriptions, or images).
Business Performance Snapshot: Get a clear view of your reach with total impressions across major platforms (Google, Facebook, Apple, etc.), alongside total clicks (calls, website visits, and direction requests).
Customer Experience Summary: Review your reputation health with the average review rating (benchmarked against defined thresholds) and your review reply rate. This section also includes strategic guidance, such as: “A higher reply score boosts your ranking, leading to more revenue. Start by responding to every 1- and 2-star review.”
Listings Health Overview: Understand your data integrity with the total number of connected listings for multi-locations. More importantly, this section features clickable tasks like “Let’s sync them now” to resolve outstanding sync or data issues immediately.
Recommended Tasks: Receive personalized, actionable steps to boost local visibility. Examples include: “Verify your Google listing,” “Connect Facebook profile,” or “Reply to your latest review.”
Note: The email content is based on the language defined for the user under User Rights.
Setting the Email Frequency
The digest can be scheduled for delivery on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, always arriving on the first Tuesday of the selected frequency period.
Users can opt out of receiving Digest Emails at any time through their User settings.
1. Via Org Settings > Users

Navigate to Org Settings > Users.
Click the Edit button next to the relevant user's name.
Scroll down to the E-mail Notifications section.
Toggle the Digest email on/off and select the desired frequency.
Be sure to click Save Changes.
2. Via My Profile

Click on My Profile in the bottom-left corner of the platform.
Navigate to My Profile > Personal Settings.
Scroll to the E-mail Notifications section at the bottom.
Toggle the Digest email on/off and select the desired frequency.
Click Save Changes.
