Think of UB-I as your knowledgeable co-pilot, ready to help you navigate the platform, understand your data, and unlock its full potential.

    Accessing UB-I is incredibly easy. You'll find the distinctive "AI" button conveniently located in the upper right corner of every page within the Uberall platform. Clicking this button won't take you away from your current task; instead, it elegantly opens the UB-I sidepanel on the right side of your screen, allowing you to interact with the AI without losing sight of the information you're working with.

    The UB-I sidepanel is intuitively designed for quick and effective communication. At the bottom, you'll find a text input area – this is where you can type any question you have for UB-I. The central area is the chat space, which will populate with your questions and UB-I's responses, creating a clear history of your conversation.

     

    To help you get started and discover the power of UB-I, we've highlighted three key ways you can leverage its capabilities today:

    1. Explore Your Data and Troubleshoot with Ease

    UB-I isn't just about instructions; it can now directly access and analyze your Listings and Location data to provide precise insights and diagnose problems. Encountering a minor hiccup or need to verify specific information across your locations? UB-I can help you resolve common issues and explore your data quickly.

    How to use it:

    • Open the UB-I sidepanel by clicking the "AI" button.
    • In the text input area, ask UB-I to verify specific data or describe the issue you are facing. For instance, you could ask:
      • “Are all my locations set to open at 9 am on Saturdays?”
      • “Why is my listing for the London location not showing online?”
      • “What does 'action required' mean for my listings?”
      • "Do all my locations have special opening hours set up for the 4th of July?"
    • Send your message.
    • UB-I will analyze your data and provide direct answers, identifying discrepancies, or diagnosing the root cause of issues (e.g., "The London location is missing required contact information, which is why syncing is unable to be performed"). It can also suggest next steps.

    This allows you to verify complex data points across multiple locations, identify root causes of problems, and tackle minor issues independently, getting you back to your work faster and making UB-I an integral part of your daily workflow.

    2. Get Contextual and Prioritized Support, Tailored to Your Needs

    UB-I is smart and understands what you're doing within the platform. Based on the page you're currently viewing, UB-I offers prioritized contextual suggestions to help you make the most impactful actions in that specific area.

    How to use it:

    • Navigate to any page within the Uberall platform, for example, the Location hub.
    • Click the "AI" button in the upper right corner to open the UB-I sidepanel.
    • Observe the three Contextual Suggestion buttons located at the top of the sidepanel, just before the chat space. These buttons will dynamically change to reflect your current context and offer suggested actions with the most business impact. On the Location hub, you might see suggestions like "Ensure location data integrity" or "Connect to more directories."
    • Simply click on a suggestion button that interests you. UB-I will instantly provide relevant information and guidance directly in the chat space.

    This feature is designed to proactively offer help and surface useful tips you might not have known otherwise, making your workflow more efficient and impactful.

    3. Find Quick Answers to "How-To" Questions

    Forget sifting through documentation! UB-I has access to the extensive Uberall Knowledge Base and can quickly provide instructions on how to use various tools and features within the platform.

    How to use it:

    • Open the UB-I sidepanel by clicking the "AI" button.
    • Type your "how-to" question into the text input area at the bottom of the sidepanel. Be specific for the best results, e.g., "How do I add a new location?" or "How can I respond to reviews?"
    • Press Enter to send.
    • UB-I will process your request and provide step-by-step instructions or explanations in the chat space, guiding you through the process.

    This is your go-to method for getting instant answers to your questions about platform functionalities, saving you time and effort.
