Within CoreX, one of the most visited sections is the Dashboard. Within this section, users can see reporting on how their business is doing in the digital world.
In August 2023, new visuals displayed to users will be added to help them understand their business's Google Business Profile (GBP) performance.
Newly added metrics include:
- Conversations - See the number of users who utilized the conversation/chat option.
- Bookings - See the number of users who selected the Bookings option.
- Impressions by device - Impressions metrics are now broken out into 2 charts, showing Maps and Search impressions by the device (mobile or desktop).
- Keywords - See the keywords that led people to your listings
FAQ:
Q - Will all of the new metrics appear at the same time in the Dashboard?
A - No. Conversations and Bookings will be added first. Impressions by Device and Keywords will be added in follow up steps.
Q - Photos and Queries no longer show new data. Will they be removed from the Dashboard?
A - To streamline the implementation and ensure users have every opportunity to download historical data, Google Photos and Queries will still be shown at the bottom of the Dashboard.
