If you need to reach out to Facebook Business Help Center, the most reliable way to do this is the platform's own Chat function. Please click HERE and scroll down until you see the Chat field and your waiting time:
- You can ask a question in the Facebook Help Community
- Email: in case the Chat option is not available, you will see the option for contact via Email. Remember that the responses can be slow and aren’t assured. So, in case you have both options, we recommend choosing the Chat.
- Phone call: this is not an option, as the company does not accept phone calls for customer support.
