    Flagging Reviews for Removal

    Email operations@uberall.com with the following details:

     

    SUBJECT: Google Pro Services - Flagging Reviews for Removal - [ACCOUNT NAME]

     

    Include:

    • Author of review(s) to report
    • Review text 
    • Reason for removal
    • Date of review(s)
    • Link to review(s) to report

     


    Important Notes:

    We cannot guarantee reviews will be removed as it is determined by Google.

    We will not receive direct notifications from Google about the outcome of review flags - approved or declined.

    The recommended way to confirm review removal is to regularly inspect the Google Business Profile listing.

     
     

    Flagging Photos & Videos for Removal

    • Link to business listing to report
    • Link to photo(s) or video(s) to report
    • Reason for removal

     

    Important Notes:

    Moving Locations to Another GBP Folder

    SUBJECT: Google Pro Services - Moving Locations to another GBP Folder - [ACCOUNT NAME]

     

    Include:

    • Name of the Location Group (Business Account) that currently holds the listing
    • Store ID and complete address of the location(s) to be moved
    • Name of the new Location Group (destination Business Account) you want to move the location(s) to

     

    Important Notes:

    Uberall must be the owner of both the source and destination location groups.

    If the listing is part of a chain or bulk-verified account, the transfer might need approval or be restricted.

    Attributes, reviews, and data will remain intact after the transfer.

    The transfer option may not appear if you don't have the correct permissions or if the location is ineligible.

     
     

    Creating Products

    Email operations@uberall.com with the following details:

     

    SUBJECT: Google Pro Services - Create Products - [ACCOUNT NAME]

     

    Include:

    • Name of the Location Group (Business Account)
    • Attach THIS template with the relevant details
     
     

    Disabling of GMB Features (e.g. Automated Phone Calls)

    Email operations@uberall.com with the following details:

     

    SUBJECT: Google Pro Services - Disable Automated Phone Calls - [ACCOUNT NAME]

     

    Include:

    • Name of the Location Group (Business Account)
    • Store ID and complete address of the location(s) to be updated
    • For requests involving more than 5 locations, please attach THIS template with the necessary details

     

    Important Notes:

    Feature settings (like messaging, automated calls, or service area preferences) are typically location-specific.

    If your business has multiple listings, these changes must be applied individually to each location.

     
     

    Accepting or Rejecting Google Suggestions

    Email operations@uberall.com with the following details:

     

    SUBJECT: Google Pro Services - Google Suggestion Resolution - [ACCOUNT NAME]

     

    Include:

    • Name of the Location Group (Business Account)
    • Complete THIS template, specifying the attributes to accept and decline
     
     

    Ongoing Assistance with “Located-In” Relationships

    Email operations@uberall.com with the following details:

     

    SUBJECT: Google Pro Services - Add Located-in - [ACCOUNT NAME]

     

    Include:

    • Name of the Location Group (Business Account)
    • Store ID and complete address of the location(s) to be updated
    • Direct link to your GBP listing, or the CID (Customer ID) if available
    • Name of the Parent Business (where your business is located in)
    • Link to the GBP listing of the Parent Business, if available
    • For requests involving more than 5 locations, please attach THIS template with the necessary details

     

    Important Notes:

    ​​Google requires that the parent business or host location (e.g., a shopping mall, coworking space, or hotel) is already verified and visible on Google Maps in order to approve the “Located in” relationship.

    If the parent business: Does not exist on Maps, unverified or has been removed or suspended, Google will reject the request, even if the business is physically located inside that venue.

     
     

    Moving Brand Acquisitions Under Another Google Account

    Email operations@uberall.com with the following details:

     

    SUBJECT: Google Pro Services - Brand Acquisitions - [ACCOUNT NAME]

     

    Include:

    • Name of the old business 
    • Name of the new business acquired
    • Complete address of the business
    • Any public post as proof of acquisition
    • Link of the listing that you want to keep
    • What would be your preference for handling the other listing? Would you like to merge it with the primary one (reviews will be transferred to the primary listing), or would you prefer to just take it down?
