You might be wondering why the automation response did not work for your Google reviews.
It could be one of the following:
- The location is not yet configured.
- The review contains a text - the automation is for star-only reviews.
- It's an updated review - it only works for brand-new reviews. If it already exists in our system and it gets updated, we do not auto-respond to it.
