Google Business Profile (GBP) Connect Troubleshooting Guide

The first step is to understand you current connection status. The illustration below details how to read the current connection status. Please read carefully before proceeding to our troubleshooting flow.


Make sure you are meeting the following criteria required to connect your Google location successfully:

1. Confirm that you have at least Manager access to the location as explained in this article.

2. Ensure the Google Business Profile location address is showing and matching the address of your location in the platform. Otherwise, the system will not be able to match the location and connect.

3. Make sure the store code and the location identifier are matching.

4. Make sure you are logged-in the Google account containing the location when going through the connect flow.

5. Allow all permissions when going through the flow
