Ensure your location's attributes get successfully published on your Google Business Profile

Last updated on November 25th, 2021

You are able to manage your attributes directly from the platform. The system will send the update to Google to include the attributes in the Business Profile.

Note

If there are attributes selected directly in the Google Business Profile which are not in the platform, we will not remove them. Instead, these will be retrieved as 'Profile Suggestions'.

It is possible that a change to an attribute value is blocked by Google Updates
To ensure the attributes are updated successfully and avoid or fix discrepancies, follow the steps below:

1. First, go to the 'Profile Suggestions section in the platform and resolve any suggestions regarding the attributes

2. Once there are no more attributes in the 'Profile Suggestions' section, go to the attributes of the location located in the 'Rich Data' section

3. In this step you will complete the attributes data section. This is the last step in ensuring the update gets successfully accepted by Google.

Make sure you select a value for every attribute available for your location. Once you have selected all the attributes, click on 'Save'.

The update is sent directly if the 'auto-sync' function is enabled, otherwise, as soon as the location is manually synced.
