Ensure your location's attributes get successfully published on your Google Business Profile

    You can manage your business attributes directly from the platform. Any updates you make will be sent to Google and reflected in your Business Profile.

    Note:

    • If attributes are selected directly in your Google Business Profile but not in the platform, they will not be removed. Instead, they will appear as Profile Suggestions.
    • Sometimes, Google may block changes to attribute values. To ensure updates are applied successfully and to prevent discrepancies, follow the steps below.

    Steps to Update Attributes

    1. Check Profile Suggestions
      • Go to the Profile Suggestions section in the platform.
      • Review and resolve any suggestions related to attributes.
    2. Go to Rich Data
      • Once all attribute suggestions are cleared, navigate to the Rich Data section.
      • Open the Attributes for the location.
    3. Complete Attribute Data
      • Select a value for every available attribute for your location.
      • After making your selections, click Save.

    Syncing with Google

    • If auto-sync is enabled, updates will be sent to Google automatically.
    • If auto-sync is not enabled, updates will be sent the next time the location is manually synced.
