There you can look up the specific place and retrieve the place ID.

How to create a specific link to a location on Google Maps?

As mentioned the place ID is a unique identifier for a place. This ID can also be used to create a URL that points out a specific location in Google Maps.

For that you have to add the found place ID at the end of that URL:

https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Google&query_place_id=[YOUR_PLACE_ID]

Then you will be directly guided to the specific location in Google Maps.

How to create a link for customers to write reviews?

With the place ID you can create a direct link to a location to write a review. That can be shared with your customers to collect reviews.

For that you have to add the found place ID at the end of that URL:

https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=[YOUR_PLACE_ID]

Then you will be directly guided to the specific location and  prompted to write a review. Here you'll find more about links to write a review.

How to create a URL to request access rights to a managed location?

The places ID can also be used to create an URL to request access for a managed location. This can be useful if you already know that the location is managed by someone else.

To be able to request access to a specific location by using the placed ID you have to be logged in to your Google Business Profile Account. Then you can use that URL to be forwarded to the requesting ownership page:

https://business.google.com/arc/p/[YOUR_PLACE_ID]

On the requesting page you have to define which kind of access you request.
