To update a response you've already submitted to a user review on Google, follow these steps:
In the Review Management section of the platform, navigate to Inbox:
- Locate the specific review you want to update.
- Tip: Use filters such as date range, directory, or feedback type to find it more easily.
- Enter your updated response in the text box below the existing reply.
- Click Submit.
Your new comment will replace the existing response on Google, rather than creating a separate or duplicate reply.
Note: This feature is only available to users who have access to the corresponding module in our product.
