Overview

For customers who struggle keeping up with responding to a large volume of reviews in an authentic way, we have introduced the Bulk AI Responses. This feature leverages our current bulk response feature, but now integrated with artificial intelligence to create more authentic responses.

How it works

Heres how it works:

Simply select up to 40 reviews you would like to respond to. Once selected, you will see the ‘reply’ option pop up. From here you can manually respond which will send the one response to all those reviews. Manual responses can sometimes be flagged by directories such as Yelp as spam since you're responding to multiple reviews with the same answer, which looks inauthentic. Instead, we recommend using the “Generate with AI” option.

Once selecting the AI option, it will generate unique responses for every review making it look authentic. It takes into consideration:

• Your business name
• Your business category
• Reviewers name
• Reviewer rating
• Review text
• Review language

Once each response is generated, you can look through the responses generated to ensure they meet your standards. From here its possible to regenerate individual responses or manually edit them yourself. 

Once you're satisfied with the responses, you can hit “Reply” which will send the answers off to the respective directory for publication.

Troubleshooting

If you run into issues with this feature there are typically two common scenarios. The first is that the responses could not get generated through our AI modal. If this happens, more often than not this can be fixed by retrying. Simply hit “Retry” for it to be regenerated.

The other scenario is an error from the directory. This can be from various reasons from a connection issue to the directory detecting an issue with the response itself. If this happens, its recommended you reach out to support with the review and listing information on hand to ensure your connection is still working as intended.
