🔑 Ownership Conflict
An ownership conflict occurs when someone else has claimed ownership of your business or location listing. Each location on Google can have only one verified owner. If your account shows the status "Access needed," another owner has verified this location on Google.
Next Steps
If you have ownership of the listing you can share ownership with our team.

If you do not own the listing a request will need to be made to gain access and ownership. This will require that you provide the documents above for verifying your business. Typically, our team will need to wait and see if they hear back from the owner of the listing. If there is no response a request can be made to verify and claim ownership of the listing.
