If your location closes down, you can update the location’s data on all directories with a few clicks in our platform. Please follow the steps:
- Open the location
- On the right side of the Basic Data section, click on Delete location from directories and platforms
- Press the blue button that says again Delete Location from Directories and Platforms
- Confirm deletion in the pop-up
Closing down this location results in all listings being deleted from directories and platforms or marked as permanently closed.
If your location is temporarily closed, e.g. due to renovations, please use the feature Special Opening Hours instead.
